If you find a better price on a similar product,* we will beat that price by 10%. At KENT Systems, you will always get a quality product for a fair price.

This policy guarantees that you are getting the best price while saving valuable time and money. All you have to do is present us with written prices on the competing products, and we will process your discount.

• Quick Couplings - Will have a locking mechanism and a o-ring seal; luers and fittings are not quick couplings, and therefore wouldn't be considered a quick coupling.
• Shut-Off Valves - A shut-off is an integrated mechanism that prevents flow from within the coupling; therefore, tube clamps would not be considered a shut-off valve.
• Material Grade - Be careful when you consider product materials. It's possible to buy lower grade material and regrind, but you sacrifice lot tracking and structural integrity. Regrind products are not similar to the virgin material products that we produce. 
• KENT Systems Discretion - It is possible to overlook product features that would make products dissimilar to ours and would greatly impact price. As a result, it is up to KENT Systems discretion to determine if your findings would be considered for the 10% Price Guarantee. 
• When you present competitor prices, it is necessary that we can verify your claim. Quotes, Invoices, Price Lists, or Published Prices with pricing will all be acceptable forms of verification.
