Return Policy

If KENT Systems shipped you products that do not meet the terms of our warranty, or if we have made an error in filling your order, please contact us within 30 days so we can discuss an appropriate corrective action. In order to maintain traceability and product quality, products that leave our facility are not restocked or sold. For this reason, we can not issue a return authorization on product that has been out of our control or ordered due to customer error. In most cases we can not accept product back.
